*You can melt your own favourite lip balm and pour it in the tin to cool. 

We recommend only using lip balm that doesn’t melt easily in the heat. 

Balmy Bracelets are made to fit wrists of all shapes and sizes. Due to the style of chain, you can make the bracelet as big or small as you like. If you prefer to wear your bracelet looser, each bracelet comes with a 5cm chain extender.

We took careful consideration when creating our lip balm recipe to ensure the lip balms held their beautiful moisturising qualities while be able to withstand melting temperatures without using any preservatives.

Yes, Balmy bracelets are water resistant and can be worn at all times. We do recommend rinsing your bracelet with fresh water after swimming in the ocean.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless there is a fault is with the bracelet itself, the customer provides return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
